**SADLY ANOTHER CASUALTY OF RESTAURANT TAKEOVER**
This old style locals pub was dragged into the 21st centuary a couple of years ago, sadly at the expense of the upstairs pool room. The current management seem to be making good efforts recently, after a couple of years of decline since its peak in quality and atmosphere in the hands of landlord Russ.
** CLOSED in early 2008 re- opening as a Thai Retaurant**.
